Özet
Bu deneysel çalışmada farklı kesme hızlarında ve farklı ilerlemelerde alüminyum oksit seramik takımlarla yapılan kesme işleminde ana serbest yüzey ve talaş yüzeyinde ortaya çıkan aşınma ilerlemeleri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca takımdaki koruyucu pahın ve iş parçasına açılan pahın aşınmaya etkisi de araştırılmıştır, iş parçası olarak Ck-45N çeliğinden mamul bloklar kullanılmış olup, talaş kaldırma işlemi alın frezeleme ile yapılmıştır.
In this experimental study, the trend of flank wear and crater wear in cutting with aluminum oxide ceramic cutting tools have been investigated using various cutting speeds and feed rates. Furthermore, the effect of protective chamfer of the tool and chamfer on the workpiece to tool wear have also been investigated. The blocks of Ck-45N steel have been used as work pieces. Face milling was used for machining the workpieces.
