Arteria cerebelli rostralis'den ayrılan dalların lobulus centralis, lobulus ascendens, culmen, declive ve tuber vermis'i beslediği belirlendi. Arteria cerebelli rostralis dexter ve arteria cerebelli rostralis sinister'in adı geçen anatomik yapılar üzerinde anastomoz yaptığı görüldü. Arteria cerebelli caudalis'in ise flocculus, lobi lateralis cerebelli, nodulus, uvula ve pyramis'i beslediği saptandı. Bilateral olarak arteria cerebelli rostralis ve arteria cerebelli caudalis'in aralarında anastomozlar yaptıkları tespit edildi.
The arterial supply of the cerebellum was investigated in 20 adult Akkaraman sheep by gross dissection and latex casting techniques. The origin, branching pattern and central distributions of the cerebellar arteries were observed. Anastomoses between the cortical branches of cerebellar arteries were also investigated. The cerebellum was supplied by the rostral cerebellar artery which arises as a branch of the caudal communicating artery and caudal cerebellar artery, takes its origin from the basilar artery. It was determined that lobulus centralis, lobulus ascendens, culmen, declive and tuber vermiş were supplied by branches of rostral cerebellar artery. There were anastomosis of right rostral cerebellar artery and left rostral cerebellar artery seen on the part of rostral cerebellum. It was postulated that flocculus, lateral cerebellar lobe, nodulus, uvula and pyramis had vascularizations originated from caudal cerebellar artery. Bilateral anastomosis between rostral and caudal cerebellar arteries were observed.
