| dc.description.abstract | Bu tez çalışmasında, AISI 1117 çeliğinde gözlenen faz dönüşümlerinin yapısal özellikleri çeşitli fiziksel yöntemler kullanılarak araştırılmıştır. AISI 1117 çeliğinde ilk olarak ferrite fazı gözlenmiştir. Daha sonra uygulanan ısıl işlem sonucunda AISI 1117 çeliği iki farklı soğutma ortamında soğutulmuştur. Fırında soğutulan (FC) AISI 1117 çeliğinde pearlite yapı, oda sıcaklığında suda soğutulan (WQ) AISI 1117 çeliğinde ise austenite yapı, Taramalı Elektron Mikroskobu (SEM) yardımı ile gözlenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis study; structural properties Which are observed in AISI 1117 steel, have been investigated using various physical characterization methods. An AISI 1117 type low carbon steel was studied by means of Scanning Electron Microscopy. This steel is as received state at room temperature was ferritic. After application heat treatment two different procedures applied for cooling steel. In the fist procedure the cooling occured in furnace. In the second steel procedure the cooling occured in water at room temperature. In consequence this situation in first steel is observed pearlite structure and the other steel is observed austenite structure by Scanning Electron Microscopy. | en_US |
