dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı, Covid 19 Pandemi sürecinde öğretmenlerin görüşlerine başvurularak okul yönetişim süreçleri ve eğitimde fırsat ve imkân eşitliğinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmada Covid 19 pandemi sürecinde okul yönetişimi kapsamında fırsat ve imkân eşitliği bir olgu olarak ele alınmış incelenmiştir. Bu araştırma, nitel araştırma yaklaşımlarından olgu bilim deseninde planlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu; amaçlı, ölçüt temelli örnekleme ile seçilen 11 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın verileri yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, okul yönetişimi ve eğitimde fırsat ve imkan eşitliği arasında doğrudan bir ilişkinin olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Okul yönetişiminin merkezinde yer alan yönetişim ilkelerinden hukuka bağlılık, şeffaflık ve katılımcılığın eğitimde verimlilik ve kalitenin yanı sıra eğitimde fırsat ve imkan eşitliğini sağlayan unsur olarak görülmektedir. Araştırmada çalışma grubu eğitimde fırsat ve imkan eşitliğini hayata geçirmede ve okul yönetişiminin uygulanmasında; uzaktan eğitim, öğretmen profili ve iyi yönetimin niteliğinin etkili olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. dc.description.abstractThe aim of this reserch is to observe the processes of school governance and equality of opportunities in education by getting teachers' opinions during Covid 19 Pandemic. In this study,equality of opportunities in education within school governance during Covid 19 is observed as a manner of fact.The reserach is planned as a phenomenology design which is one of the qualitative research approaches.The study group of research consists of 11 teachers selected by a purposeful and criteria-based sampling. The data of study is collected using a semi-structured interview form. A descriptive analysis technique is used for analysis of the collected data. According to the research findings, it is revealed that there is a direct relationship between the school governance and equality of opportunities in education. Some governance principles such as Low Commitment, transparency and participation which are in the centre of school governance, are seen as elements that ensure equality of opportunities in education.The study also reveales the effectiveness of distance education, teacher profile and the quality of good management while actualizing the equality of opportunities and implementing the technique of school governance.
