Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, ortaöğretim kurumlarındaki öğretmenlerin ve yöneticilerin örgütsel güven algılarının belirlenmesidir. Öğretmenlerin ve yöneticilerin örgütsel güvenlerine etki eden faktörler tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın yapıldığı ildeki üç genel lise sosyo-ekonomik statülerine göre seçilmiştir. Bu öğretim kurumlarından görüşmeyi kabul eden on öğretmen ve üç okul müdürü ile görüşmeler ?yarı yapılandırılmış? görüşme şeklinde gerçekleştirilmiştir.Öğretmenlerin örgütsel güven algılarına etki eden faktörlerin okul müdürlerinin mevzuat yorumları, görev yapılan okulun özellikleri, okulda görev yapan diğer öğretmenler ve yöneticiler oldukları belirlenmiştir. Yöneticilerin örgütsel güven algılarına etki eden faktörlerin okul çalışanları, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Uygulamaları, Mevzuat, Okul imkân ve özellikleri ve Okul müdürlerinin üst yöneticileri olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
This research aim is to determine the factors which effect secondary school teachers and principals organizational trust perceptions. The research was implemented via using qualitative methods. Three different secondary schools were selected according to their socio economic status. in district where the research was applied. All data collected by semi-structured interviewing methods from volunteer ten teachers and all principals of these three secondary schools The findings of the study are as follows; the factors affecting secondary schools teachers' perceptions of organizational trust are determined as school principals? legislative interpretation, the characteristics of the school, other teachers and administrators working in the school. As for the effects of principals; communications with administrators, administrators? bureaucratic oppression on teachers, school administrators being vulnerable to effects out of school, teachers' negative opinions about administers, ethnic diversity among teachers and administrators, teachers? not behaving in accordance with administrators? expectation, teachers? failing to predict the administrators? behavior, the attitudes of managers were determined to be effective on organizational trust of the teachers
