In the journey of history, people have led many inventions and inventions. He has had his share of this journey in music, which is an indispensable part of life. Achieving music with developing technology, researching music, following important developments, and being trained for music and music has gained extremely speed today. Technology gives the opportunity to realize music education from afar. In this context, the study aimed to examine the graduate theses written “in the field of music” in distance education in Turkey with the idea that the research done will shed light on the new research to be done. As a result of the research, it was determined that graduate theses aimed at distance education were made between 2017-2021, that they were made in established universities whose foundation date was old, that the use of foreign resources was not numerically similar, that the most used source in theses was an article, and the least used source was a paper. © 2021, Nilgun SAZAK.
