Erol, Emel, "Yem Sanayisinde Faaliyette Bulunan İşletmelerin İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Açısından Karşılaştırılması", Yüksek Lisans Tezi,KIRIKKALE,2019 İş sağlığı ve güvenliği son dönemlerde önemi giderek artan bir konu haline gelmiştir. Bu kültürün oluşması hem işletme hem de çalışan için önemsenmesi gereken bir husustur. Bu çalışmanın amacı işletmelerdeki iş sağlığı ve güvenliği önlemlerinin alınması konusunda karşılaştırmalı bir analiz yaparak işletmelerin bu konudaki mevcut durumunu ortaya koyabilmektir.Bu doğrultuda Kırıkkale'de bulunan 3 adet yem firması seçilmiş ve firmalar, uzmanlar tarafından belirlenen 11 adet kriter baz alınarak kendi aralarında değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirmeler yapılırken çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Kriter ağırlıklarının belirlenmesinde Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (AHS) kullanılırken, sıralamaya ulaşmak için Additive Ratio Assesment (ARAS) ve Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Uygulamanın tamamlanmasının ardından firmaların hangi noktada iyi hangi noktada eksik oldukları saptanmış ve iş güvenliği konusunda yapılması gerekenler belirlenmiştir. Bu sonuçların firmalara bildirilmesinin firmaların kendi eksik yönlerini fark ederek önlemler almasına yardımcı olabileceğini söyleyebiliriz. The formation of this culture is an issue that should be considered for both the companies and the employees. The aim of this study is to make a comparative analysis of the occupational health and safety measures in the companies and to reveal the current situation of the companies in this field. Accordingly, 3 feed companies in Kırıkkale were selected and evaluated among themselves based on 11 criteria determined by experts. Multicriteria decision making methods were used in this evaluation process. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHS) was used to determine criterion weights and Additive Ratio Assesment (ARAS) and Technique for Order Preference by Similar Solution (TOPSIS) methods were used to achieve the ranking. After the completion of the application, sufficient and deficient sides of the companies were revealed, and the things to be done about occupational safety were determined. It can be said that reporting these results to companies can help companies to take measures by recognizing their own shortcomings.
