dc.description.abstractIn Ottoman literature, on the occasion of the princes of the princes, the celebratory and congratulatory writings, which are usually written in verse form, are called “cülûsiye”. In this study, "State Archives Presidency Ottoman Archive" with the location number TSMA-E 860/13 registered, a variety of rika writing, introducing a cülûsiye instance consists of a single page will be made.Aforementioned cülûsiye is in an ode, redif is the word “refâh”, it consists of 33 couplets not written in accordance with the classical layout. This poem dated H. 1293 / M. 1876 belongs to a poet named Hakkı or pseudonym. This poetry of Hakkı is thought to be the Üsküdarlı Hakkı Bey (1823-1895), one of the last period Council poets, known for his poems in Nef’s style. Although it was recorded that it was written for Abdülhamid II on the document, it was determined that this verse was written for Sultan Abdülaziz. In the article, This cülûsiye, which has not been published before, is evaluated in terms of form and content and transferred to Latin letters thus it was intended to contribute to the genre literature.Keywords: Sultan Abdülaziz, Üsküdarlı Hakkı, State Archives, Ode, Cülûs.
dc.description.abstractDivan edebiyatında şehzâdelerin tahta çıkması vesilesiyle genellikle kaside nazım şekliyle yazılan kutlama ve tebrik manzumelerine "cülûsiye" adı verilir. Bu çalışmada Devlet Arşivleri Başkanlığı Osmanlı Arşivi’nde TSMA-E 860/13 yer numarasıyla kayıtlı, rika hatlı tek sayfadan ibaret bir cülûsiye örneğinin tanıtımı ve incelenmesi yapılacaktır.Söz konusu cülûsiye, klasik tertibe uygun düzenlenmemiş 33 beyitlik “refâh” redifli bir kasidedir. H. 1293 / M. 1876 tarihli bu manzume, Hakkı adlı/mahlaslı bir şaire aittir. Hakkı’nın ise Nef’î tarzındaki kasideleriyle tanınan son devir Encümen şairlerinden Üsküdarlı Hakkı Bey (1823-1895) olduğu düşünülmektedir. Belgenin üzerinde II. Abdülhamid’e takdim edildiği kayıtlıysa da manzumenin Sultan Abdülaziz için yazıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Makalede, daha evvel neşredilmemiş bu cülûsiyenin biçim ve muhteva yönünden tahlili ve Latin harflerine aktarımı yapılarak tür literatürüne katkı sunmak istenmiştir.
