dc.description.abstractBalkan Savaşları, Osmanlı Devleti'nin son yüzyılında yaşanan felaketler silsilesinden birini oluşturmuştur. Osmanlı Devleti'nin Balkan coğrafyasındaki hakimiyetini sonlandırması açısından bu savaşlar son derece mühimdir. Bu bağlamda çalışmamızda Osmanlı Devleti'nin son yüzyılında hükümet üzerinde önemli bir güce sahip olan İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti'nin Balkan coğrafyasında baş gösteren ayrılıkçı isyanlara son vereme düşüncesi ile izlediği siyasetin ayrılıkçı-milliyetçi unsurlara yansımaları ve Balkan Savaşlarına giden sürece etkisi incelenmiştir. dc.description.abstractThe Balkan Wars constituted one of the series of disasters experienced in the last century of the Ottoman Empire. These wars are extremely important in terms of ending the domination of the Ottoman Empire in the Balkans. In this context, in our study, the reflections of the policy pursued by the Union and Progress, which had an important power over the government in the last century of the Ottoman Empire, with the idea of ending the separatist rebellions that started in the Balkan geography to the separatist-nationalist peoples and its effect on the process of the Balkan Wars were examined.
