dc.description.abstractTezde türk tarihinin bir dönemine damgasını vurmuş olan Ahmet Saib Bey, yaşadığı dönem ve eserleri üzerinde duruldu. Ahmet Saib Bey in yaşadığı dönem ve eserleri incelendi. Ahmet Saib Bey'in Jöntürkler içersindeki önemi tespit edildi. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde Ahmet Saib Bey'in Hayatı, Jöntürklerle İlişkisi, Siyasi Görüşleri, Tarihçiliği, Gazeteciliği anlatılmaya çalışıldı. İkinci bölümde ise Ahmet Saib Bey'in eserleri, o dönemin iç ve dış olayları ışığında incelendi. Sonuç olarak bu çalışmada ki amaç; Ahmet Saib Bey'i ve eserlerini yaşadığı dönem içersinde neden - sonuç ilişkisi içinde değerlendirmekti. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Ahmet Saib Bey'in bütün eserleri hakkında gerçekçi bilgiler toplanıldı. Böylece Jöntürk hareketinde karanlıkta kalmış olan bir dönem aydınlatılmaya çalışıldı.en_US
dc.description.abstractTn thesis on of important point in thesis history that improve it was Mr Ahmed Saib, the subject of this thesis was his life stile and his works. His lifetime thesis were investigated, an done of improtant point that married Jöntürks and it's means fixed. The first part of this investigation was about his, life style, relations between Jöntürks, political meetings, and journalist shows to socials historigraphy. In the second part his Works,and invastigated about that centruy happens. At last the mean of this invastigate; was about Mr Ahmed Saib's Works and lifes styles that about opening whay and what did he do. For doing this subject all facts about his Works was added. İn the other hand the dark poins obout Jöntürks and that centruy to get to illustraeted. IIen_US
