Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Ernesto Laclau ve Chantal Mouffe ikilisinin kurucusu olduğu post-Marksist düşünce akımının toplum anlayışının incelenmesidir. Bu nedenle, çalışmanın kapsamı da Ernesto Laclau ve Chantal Mouffe ikilisinin başta post-Marksist kuramın kurucu metni niteliğinde olan Hegemonya ve Sosyalist Strateji: Radikal Demokratik Bir Politikaya Doğru eserleri ile yine bu düşünürlerin farklı dönemlerde kaleme aldıkları makale ve kitaplarındaki toplum anlayışına dair düşünceleri ile sınırlı tutulmuştur. Bu bağlamda, post-Marksist kuramın hangi düzlemde ve gereklilik ürünü olarak ortaya çıktığının daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için de tarihsel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Buna göre, bu çalışmada, toplum konusunun kavramsal çerçevesinin yanı sıra, Karl Marx ile başlayan Marksizm serüveni, sırasıyla Batı Marksizmi ve Yapısalcı Marksizm'i de içine alacak biçimde Marksizm'e içkin ana eğilimler anlatılmış ve sonrasında da post-Marksist düşünce bütün hatları ile ele alınarak irdelenmiştir. Ayrıca, bu çalışma ile beraber, post-Marksist perspektifin düşünürlerinin "post" dünyanın kavramları ile klasik Marksizm'den kopuşu ortaya konulmak istenmektedir.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the social understanding of post-Marxist movement, founded by Ernesto Laclau and Chantal Mouffe. For this reason, the scope of this study is limited to their work only, starting with Hegemony and Socialist Strategy: Towards a Radical Democratic Politics, which is considered to be the founding study of the post-Marxist theory, and then extending to other articles and books written by Laclau and Mouffe. In this context, to be able to understand the reasoning behind the need for post-Marxist theory, a historical methodology has been employed. Therefore, besides the conceptual framework of the social aspect, the adventure of Marxism starting with Karl Marx, followed by the main tendencies inherent to Marxism, including Western Marxism and Structuralist Marxism respectively, has been explained, and followed by an in-depth analysis of post-Marxist school of thought. The study further aims to reveal the separation between the thinkers of the post-Marxist perspective and those of classical Marxism, with their concept of the "post" world.
