| dc.description.abstract | Dünyada yaşanan göç, hızlı kentleşme ve beraberinde ortaya çıkan sorunlar belediyeleri görevleri ve yönetim yapılarında değişime zorlamaktadır. Yaşanan değişimler belediyelere yeni birtakım görev ve yetkiler vererek sosyal alanda daha aktif olmalarını sağlamıştır. Bunun sonucunda da sosyal belediyecilik anlayışı ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu tez çalışması ile Kırklareli Belediyesi'nin sosyal belediyecilik hizmetlerine yönelik algı ve tutumlarının değerlendirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda 12 sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat formu oluşturulmuş ve derinlemesine mülakat yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Yapılan mülakat Kırklareli Belediyesi'nin sosyal belediyecilik alanında faaliyet gösteren birimlerde çalışan 10 personel ile yapılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda, Kırklareli Belediyesi'nin ne tür sosyal yardım ve hizmetlerde bulunduğu öğrenilmiştir. Halkın en fazla talep ettiği sosyal yardım ve hizmetin maddi yardım olduğu, sosyal hizmet ve yardımlarda genel olarak maddi yardımın miktarının az olmasından dolayı şikayetlerle karşılaştıkları tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca sosyal belediyeciliğin geliştirilmesi için çözüm önerileri de ortaya konulmuştur. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Daha sonra doldurulacaktırMigration in the world, rapid urbanization and the problems that arise with it force the municipalities to change their duties and management structures.The changes experienced have given municipalities new duties and powers, enabling them to be more active in the social field. As a result, the concept of social municipality has emerged. With this thesis, it is aimed to evaluate the perceptions and attitudes of Kırklareli Municipality towards social municipality services. In this direction, a semi-structured interview form consisting of 12 questions was created and in-depth interview method was used. The interview was conducted with 10 personnel working in the units operating in the social municipality field of Kırklareli Municipality. As a result of the analysis, it was learned what kind of social assistance and services Kırklareli Municipality provides. It has been determined that the most demanded social assistance and service by the public is financial assistance, and they face complaints due to the low amount of financial assistance in social services and assistance.In addition, solution proposals fort the development of social municipality have been put forward. | |
