Özet
Günümüzde kriz; ülkelerin ekonomileri başta olmak üzere, değişik bir çok sektörü olumsuz yönde etkileyebilen önemli bir olgu haline gelmiştir. Kriz kavramının; son yıllarda, farklı kesimlerce değişik açılardan ele alındığı ve özellikle akademik çalışmalarda giderek önem kazanan bir konu haline geldiği de görülmektedir. Bunun temel nedenleri; kriz konusunun karmaşık bir yapıya sahip olması, çoğunlukla aniden ortaya çıkması ve uzun ya da kısa vadede yarattığı sonuçların, kamu ve özel sektörü önemli ölçüde etkilemesi olarak özetlenebilmektedir.Bu çalışmada kriz; işletmeler açısından ele alınmış, işletmelerde yaşanan krizin nedenleri, krizden etkilenme düzeyleri, üst düzey yöneticilerin krize yönelik yaklaşımları ve çözüm stratejileri açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.Bu çalışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde krizin tanımı ve kapsamı kavramsal açıdan incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde işletmelerde kriz yönetimi konusuna, etkili kriz çözme yaklaşımlarına ve kriz yönetim sürecine yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde üst düzey yöneticilerin krize etkileri başlığı altında yönetim ve yönetici kavramları açıklanmış, yöneticilerin kriz yönetimine yönelik yaklaşımları kavramsal olarak incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise, işletmelerde kriz sürecinde üst düzey yöneticilerin rolü uygulama sonuçları ile ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmada bir genel değerlendirmeye yer verilmiştir.
Crisis recently become an important fact which affects many different sectors primarily countries? economy. It is observed that crisis concept is handled in different aspects by different sections and became an important subject which come into prominence. Basic reasons of this may be summarized as the crisis subject has a complex structure, arises suddenly in general and results that the crisis create effects many business in the public and private sectors. This study crisis is discussed in terms of business and reasons of experienced crisis, effecting levels, approaches of executives devoted to the crisis and solution strategies are tried to be explained. This study consists of four sections. In the first section crisis concept and scope are examined in a conceptual way. Crisis management in businesses are handled in the second section and crisis management process and efficient crisis solving approaches were discussed. Management and manager concepts were described in the third section under the title of affects of executives to the economical crisis and subject of approaches of managers to the crisis management were examined conceptually. In the fourth section, role of executives in businesses in the crisis process were discussed practically. In addition to, in this study is discussed a general evaluation.
