Özet
Salname; geçmiş yıllara ait veya bir yılın bütün icraatını topluca göstermek amacıyla hazırlanan eserlere verilen isimdir. Osmanlı Devleti'nde ilk resmi salname 1847 yılında Salname-i Devlet-i Osmaniye adıyla çıkmaya başlamıştır. Daha sonraki yıllarda devlet salnamelerinin yanı sıra nezaretlere ve vilayetlere ait salnamelerde neşredilmiştir. 1866 yılından itibaren birçok Osmanlı vilayeti her seneye mahsus olmasa da aralıklarla salnameler neşretmiştir. Yanya Vilayetine ait ilk salname ise H.1288 (M. 1871) tarihine aittir. Tezde transkripsiyonu ve değerlendirilmesi yapılan Yanya Vilayeti Salnamesi, H. 1319 (M. 1901) tarihli olup; Yanya Vilayeti Salnamelerinin sonuncusudur. Yearbook (salname) is the name which is given to the prepared with the purpose of demonstrating the activities belong to the past years or all activities of a year all together. The first official yearbook of Ottoman Empire had started to be published in 1847 with the name of Salname-i Devlet-i Osmaniye. In the later years, besides the state's yearbooks, yearbooks which are belong to ministries and provinces have also been published. Since 1866, lots of Ottoman provinces have published yearbooks at intervals, though not each year. The first yearbook of İoannina Province is belong to date of H. 1288 (AD. 1871). The Yearbook of İoannina Province whose transcription and assessment are done in thesis, is belong to the date of H. 1319 (AD. 1901), is the last of Yearbooks of İoannina Province.
