This study aimed to investigate the prognostic importance of using colony stimulating factors addition to treatment in Feline Parvovirus Patients. The material of the study consisted of 48 cats with FPV brought to Kırıkkale University Veterinary Faculty Animal Hospital clinics and a private clinic in Ankara. The results were evaluated by taking whole blood from patients who were clinically compatible with FPV. The commercially produced FPV rapid diagnostic kit was applied to patients whose laboratory and clinical examination findings were compatible. Patients with positive results were included in the study. In our study, there are two groups: the symptomatic treatment (control) group consisting of 17 patients and the filgrastim applied group consisting of 31 patients. When the survival rates as a result of treatment in the groups were examined, a survival rate of 72.41% was observed in the group that received filgrastim in addition to symptomatic treatment. In the control group, this rate was 58.82%. The difference between the survival rates between the groups was found to be statistically insignificant (p = 0.3364). When the hemogram results pre- and post treatment in the control group were examined, the difference in WBC, LYM and NEU values ??was found to be insignificant, while the change in these values ??post treatment was found to be significant in the filgrastim group (p?0.001). As a result, the use of colony-stimulating factor did not have a significant effect on the prognosis in FPV treatment, but it had a serious effect on blood values.
