Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında Laboratuvar Ölçekte Siklotrimetilen trinitramin (RDX) Üretimi ve Karakterizasyonu yapılmıştır. RDX 'in karakteristik yapısı Termogravimetrik Analiz (TGA), Difransiyel Taramalı Kalorimetre Cihazı (DSC), Fourier Dönüşümlü İnfrared Spektrofotometre (FTIR), Yüksek Basınçlı Sıvı Kromatografisi (HPLC) ve Gaz Kromotografisi-Kütle Spektrometresi (GC-MS) gibi spektroskopik yöntemlerle karakterize edilmiştir. Çalışmalar sonunda TGA, DSC, FTIR, HPLC, GC/MS analitik cihazlar ve laboratuar testleri ile %96,891 saflıkta, erime noktası 205,58 ºC, beyaz kristal yapıda, askeri standartlara uygun ve %73,62 verim ile laboratuvar ölçekte TIP 1 RDX üretimi gerçekleştirilmiştir.
In this thesis study, the production and characterization of Cyclotrimethylene trinitramine (RDX) was carried out in Laboratory Scale. Characteristic structure of RDX is characterized by spectroscopic methods such as Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), Differential Scanning Calorimeter Device (DSC), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer (FTIR), High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromotography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). At the end of these studies RDX production was performed on a laboratory scale with 96.891% purity, 205.58 ºC, white crystal structure, military standards and 73.62% yield with analytical devices such as TGA, DSC, FTIR, HPLC, GC / MS and laboratory tests.
