dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye'de son yıllarda artış gösteren mafya tipi suçların sosyolojik akaplarım ortaya koymaktır. Son yıllarda bu tip suç örgütleri sahip oldukları sınırsız kaynaklar ile hem dünya çapmda şimdiye kadar sahip olmadıkları bir güce erişmişler hem de ülkelerin rejimleri üzerinde de bir tehdit unsuru haline gelmişlerdir. Bu çalışmada, mafya tipi suç örgütlerinin genel bir değerlendirmesi yapıldıktan sonra Türkiye'de bu suç türüne kayan bireylerin genel sosyolojik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Anket yöntemi ile kişilerin ortak bir sosyo-kültürel akaplarına sahip olup olmadıkları araştırılarak sosyolojik bit tipolojiye varılmaya çalışılmıştır. Vurgularımızın ışığında söz konusu kişilerin genellikle toplumun alt ve marjinal kesimlerinden geldikleri tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, dünyadaki mafyalaşma olgusunun toplumsal nedenleri ile ülkemizdeki nedenlerinin büyük ölçüde benzerlik arz ettiği ortaya konmuştur. Bundan dolayı, belli bir mafya tipoloj isinden bahsetmenin sosyolojik olarak mümkün olabileceği ortaya konmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims at analysing the sociological background of mafia-type crime organizations. It is well known that during the last decades this type of organizations began to direct huge financial resources. Moreover, they became a challenge for the existing regimes. This thesis tries to find out the sociological background of the people who joined this type of organizations after an evaluation of phenomenon of the mafia throughout the world. It has been tried to reach, together with a survey, whether they have joint sociological tipology or not. It has been found out that above-mentioned people are generally from the marginal and below rank level of the society. In this study, it has also been specified that the reasons of mafia structure, in our country, have generally resembled to the world criteria. Therefore, it is possible to mention about a certain mafia tipology.en_US
