Özet
Günümüzde eksik dişlerin rehabilitasyonu sabit veya hareketli protez, dental implant veya adesiv köprülerle yapılabilmektedir. Adeziv teknikler hem hekim hem de hasta açısından ekonomik ve estetik avantajlara sahiptir. Ayrıca fiber destekli adeziv köprülerin kolay uygulama ve laboratuar işlemleri, kolay tamir edilme, diş yapısını koruma gibi başka avantajları da mevcuttur.Bu olgu sunumunda 3 vakanın fiber ile güçlendirilmiş adeziv köprü ile restorasyonu yapılmıştır. Vakaların iki tanesinde anterior tek diş eksikliği, bir tanesinde ise posterior tek diş eksikliği mevcuttur. İlk iki vakada restorasyonlar yapılırken doğal dişlerde herhangi bir preparasyon yapılmamış fakat üçüncü vakada ise derin olmayan inley kaviteler açılmıştır. Anterior bölgede uygulanan fiberle güçlendirilmiş adeziv köprülerde daha iyi estetik sağlamak amacı ile gingivektomi işlemleri yapılmıştır. Restorasyonların bitirilmesinin ardından hastalara oral hijyen eğitimi verilmiş ve hastalar bir yıl sonra kontrole çağırılmışlardır. Klinik takip sonucu restorasyonlarda herhangi bir başarısızlık veya komplikasyon görülmemiştir
Missing teeth can be rehabilitated with fixed or removable prosthesis, oral implant or adhesive bridges. Adhesive techniques have aesthetic and economic advantages for both clinicians and patients. In addition, fiber reinforced adhesive bridges have also some more advantages (easy chairside and laboratory procedures, easy of repair, protection of tooth structure). This case report describes fiber reinforced adhesive bridges restoration of three cases. Two of them have maxillary anterior missing teeth and one of them have maxillary posterior missing tooth. We applied direct composite crown for missing anterior teeth and acrylic tooth for missing posterior tooth. Oral hygiene education was given to the patients after finishing restorations. Patients were called for clinical follow up after one year. No complications or failure were seen after follow up
