In this study, the relationship between career barriers and resilience levels of university students was examined. Relational survey model was used in the study. The working group consists of a total of 461 volunteer participants, 288 women and 173 men, who continued their university education in 2020-2021 academic year. "Personal Information Form", "Career Barriers Scale" and "Adult Resilience Scale" were used to collect data. As a result of the study, significantly positive relationship was found between career barriers and resilience. While there was significantly positive relationship between career barriers and sub-factors of the psychological resilience scale, such as self-perception, future perception, structural style and social resources, significantly negative relationship was found between family adjustment factor. A positive and significant relationship was found between attitudinal barriers, interactional barriers and educational barriers, which are sub-factors of the resilience and career barriers scale. In addition, the career barriers and psychological resilience levels of university students did not show a significant difference according to grade level and gender. The results were discussed and evaluated within the framework of the relevant literature. Finally, based on the findings of the study, suggestions were made for researchers and practitioners.
