6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ile getirilen "Fiilî Taşıyıcı" müessesesinin incelendiği bu makalede, bu hususta yapılan düzenlemenin olumlu ve olumsuz yönleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.
