Özet
A 13th century biography writer Ibn Khallikan, one of the eminent authors of the Medieval Ages, wrote the life stories of the Saljuqid sultans along with other famous people. His records related to the biographies of the sultans of the Great Saljuqids are very important texts for the Saljuqid period of the Turkish history. In the first article of these series, the biography of Togril Beg written by Ibn Khallikan was translated into Turkish and compared with the information given by other sources and studies. In this second one, the Arabic text about Alp Arslan is translated into Turkish and criticized by comparing it with related sources and other studies.
