| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmamızda ilk bölümünde genel olarak hükümet sistemleriaçıklanacaktır. Bu açıklamalar ile birlikte kuvvetler ayrılığı ve kuvvetlerbirliği modelleri üzerinde durularak, bunların hükümet sistemleriüzerinde ne gibi etkileri olduğu ifade edilecektir. Ayrıca, Cumhuriyettarihinde uygulanan sistemlere kısaca değinilerek konu bütünlüğü sağlanmayaçalışılacaktır.Çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünde ise, genel olarak İsviçre’de uygulananhükümet sistemi açıklanacaktır. Bu hükümet sisteminin uygulanmasınınyasama, yürütme ve yargı ile bağlantısı irdelenerek konubütünlüğü sağlanmaya çalışılacaktır. | en_US |
