Özet
If one looks at the anthroponyms that the Turks have used throughout the history, he / she sees that the animal names occupies a significant place. This study analyses the animal names that were used and are still being used by the Turks as antroponym. Moreover, the relationship between the antroponyms that this study investigates and Turkic culture was elaborated.
