dc.description.abstractMotor bloğunda, motorun çalışması esnasında üçeksende de titreşimler oluşmaktadır. En yüksek titreşim genlikleri, pistonunhareketinden dolayı düşey eksende ölçülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, 4 silindirlibenzinli bir motorun düşey eksendeki titreşimine sebep olan kuvvetlerincelenmiştir. Bu amaçla öncelikle; piston, krank ve biyel için kütleindirgemeleri yapılmıştır. Pistonun ve krank milinin; konum, hız ve ivmelerikrank açısının fonksiyonu olacak şekilde tanımlanmışlardır. Elde edilen bu verilerlesistem üzerinde oluşan atalet ve sürtünme kuvvetleri belirlenmiştir. Piston,krank ve biyel için ayrı ayrı serbest cisim diyagramları çizilmiş ve dinamikkuvvet analizleri yapılmıştır. Analiz sonucu belirlenen kuvvetlerin, motorbloğu titreşimine etkileri incelenmiştir.
dc.description.abstractOn the engine block, vibrations occur in threeaxes during the operation. The highest vibration amplitude is measured in the verticalaxis because of the motion of the piston. In this study, forces causingvibration in the vertical axis of the four-cylinder gasoline engine wereinvestigated. For this purpose, firstly mass reduction has been done forpiston, crankshaft and connection rod. Position, velocity and acceleration ofpiston and piston rod have been defined as the function of the angle of thecrankshaft. By the obtained these data, inertia and friction forces that occuron the system has been determined. For the piston, crankshaft and connectingrod, free body diagrams were drawn respectively and dynamic forces analysiswere carried out. The determined forces as a result of the analysis wereinvestigated for the effects on engine block vibrations.
