Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı lise öğrencilerinin sosyal ve fiziksel gelişiminin arttığı bir dönemde fiziksel aktivitelerden neden uzaklaştıklarını ve yaşamlarının içerisinde fiziksel aktivite yapmalarını engelleyen faktörlerin ne olduğunu belirlemek amacıyla geçerliliği ve güvenirliği yüksek bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Çalışmamızın örneklemini Kırşehir ilinde 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında MEB’e bağlı liselerde eğitim hayatına devam eden toplam 938 lise öğrencisi oluşturmuştur. Araştırmamızda geliştirilen ölçeğin güvenirlik düzeylerini belirlemek için Cronbach’s Alpha iç tutarlılık analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Ölçeğin faktör yapısını belirlemek amacıyla Açıklayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA) ve Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA) kullanılmıştır. AFA sonuçları ölçeğin toplam varyansın %88’ini açıklayan beş faktöre sahip olduğu göstermektedir. Ölçeğe ait ortak faktör yük değerleri 0.772 - 0.982 arasında; faktör yük değerleri ise 0.858 -0.977arasında değişmektedir. DFA sonuçları ise beş faktörlü yapıya ait uyum indeksi değerlerinin kabul edilebilir düzeyde olduğunu göstermektedir. Ölçeğin güvenirlik katsayı (Cronbach alpha) değeri ? 0.82 olarak elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bu bulgular doğrultusunda, “FİZAKEFÖ”nün geçerliği ve güvenirliği yüksek, madde ölçme gücü yeterince güçlü ve ölçeğin ölçülmesi beklenen yapıya ait düzeyi saptamada yeterli bir ölçek olduğu söylenebilir.
The aim of this study is to develop a high validity and reliability scale in order to determine the reasons why high school students move away from physical activities in a period of increasing social and physical development and the factors that prevent them from doing physical activity in their lives. The sample of our study consisted of 938 high school students who continue their education in high schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education (MoNE) in 2017-2018 academic year in Kırşehir. Cronbach’s Alpha internal consistency analysis was used to determine the reliability levels of the scale developed in our study. Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were used to determine the factor structure of the scale. EFA results show that the scale has five factors explaining 88% of the total variance. Common factor load values of the scale were between 0.772 - 0.982; factor load values vary between 0.858 and 0.977. The results of the CFA show that the five-factor structure fit index values are acceptable. The reliability coefficient (Cronbach alpha) of the scale was obtained as ? 0.82. According to these findings, it can be said that the scale has a high validity and reliability, item measurement power is strong enough and the scale is a sufficient scale to determine the level of the structure expected to be measured.
