Özet
Bu çalışmada 13 beyaz Yeni Zelanda tavşanında cisterna chyli, karın ve pelvis boşluğu ile organlarının büyük lenf damarları araştırıldı. Anesteziye alınan tavşanların karın boşlukları açıldı. Patent blue'nün %11'lik solüsyonu le. iliosacrale ve farklı organlara ait lenf düğümlerine enjekte edildi. Trunci lumbales'in, aorta'mn ventral duvarında seyreden iki lenf kanalından oluştuğu; trunci intestinales'in iki lenf kanalından ibaret olduğu, Inn. mesenterici craniales'ten orijin aldığı ve trunci lumbales ile cisterna chyli'nin caudoventral bölümünde birleştiği; truncus celiacus, trımcus jejunalis ve trııncııs visceralis'in ise tavşanda bulunmadığı, ancak çok sayıdaki efferent lenf damarının trunci intestinales'e açıldığı gözlenmiştir.
Summary: Present study was conducted to investigate the cysterna chyli and lymph ducts of the abdominal, pelvic wall and viscera of the white New Zealand rabbits. A total of 13 rabbits were used in the experiments. The abdominal cavities of anaesthetized rabbits were opened. Then, 11 % patent blue was injected into the iliosacral lymphocenter and lymph nodes of the various organs. It was observed that the lumbar trunk is consisted of two lymphatic ducts, located on the ventral wall of the aorta. The intestinal trunk was consisted of two lymphatic ducts which formed by the cranial mesenteric lymph nodes. Intestinal trunk was also terminated jointly with the lumbar trunk, the caudoventral part of the cisterna chyli. There were not celiac, jejunal and visceral trunk in the rabbits but a lot of efferent vessels which terminated into the intestinal trunks were observed.
