Özet
Eski bir disiplin olan Mantık, akla dayalı düşünme niteliğinin bir ürünü-dür. Sistematik bir yapıya kavuşmadan önce de dünyanın çeşitli bölgelerindegörülen mantıksal düşünce ve çeşitli rasyonel çıkarım biçimleri insan hayatınave onun bilimsel nitelikli ürünlerine yön vermiştir. Aristoteles'in elinde yetkinbir şekil verilinceye kadar çeşitli yönlerden ortaya konulan Mantık, yaklaşıkiki bin yıldır insan aklının ve ihtiyaçlarının doğrultusunda sürekli bir gelişimve dönüşüm içerisinde bulunmuştur. Bu çerçevede geleneksel anlamda geç-miş tarihlerden gelen önemi, Mantık disiplinine hak ettiği konumun verilme-sini gerektirmektedir. Bunun yanında mantık öğretiminin karşılaştığı sorunla-rı çözmek ve Mantık disiplininden özellikle yükseköğretim düzleminde dahaetkin bir şekilde faydalanabilmek için gerekli planlamanın yapılması isabetliolacaktır. Bu makalede kısaca Mantık disiplininin yapısına ve gelenekteki çe-şitli yorumlarına değinilecektir. Yine farklı birkaç açıdan bu disiplinin öne-mine işaret edilerek ilahiyat fakültelerinde bu bağlamda söz konusu olan bazısorunlara dikkat çekilecektir.
Logic, an old discipline with a long history, is a product of the nature ofthinking that is based on mental thought, which is distinguished from othercreatures by human nature. Logical thought and various forms of rationalinference, seen in all the geographical regions of the world before attaining asystematic structure, have directed to human life and its scientific products.A systematic structure is taken back to Parmenides, lived in ancient Greekthought. The logic developed from various directions was given a propershape by Aristotle nearly two thousand years ago and has been in continuousdevelopment and transformation in the direction of human mind and itsneeds. Today, in addition to Aristotelian logic, which is two most valuablestructures, many valued logics have emerged.. Quite different logic conceptionemerges from classical logic, however, which is considered as a beginning forphilosophical thought and is one of the important factors in reaching the goalof the philosophical effort. But the presence of classical logic continues inthe areas of religious, classical philosophy and social sciences. In this frame,the value of classical logic from past histories requires the position that itdeserves. Especially, in the area of logic as well as the problems faced inlogic education, more effective planning is required especially in the highereducation level. This article will briefly discuss the structure of logic and itsvarious interpretations. It will also point out the importance of logic and willdraw attention to the problems in the Theology Faculties. A few suggestionsthat we want to discuss in this framework will also be put forward.
