Özet
Şüpheli veya sanığın iletişimi ceza muhakemesi çerçevesinde denetlenebilmektedir. Bu denetlemenin mağdur bakımından da yapılabilmesi ise tartışmalıdır. Çalışma üç bölüme ayrılmıştır: Öncelikle, genel olarak telekomünikasyon yoluyla yapılan iletişimin önleme ve adli amaçlı olarak denetlenmesi kısaca incelenecektir. Sonra ise önce, mağdurun iletişiminin tespiti meselesi ele alınacaktır. Nihayet daha sonra da iletişimin bizzat mağdur tarafından kaydedilmesi sorunu üzerinde durulacaktır.
Communication with of the suspect or the accused can be controlled within the framework of criminal procedure. But whether such control is also possible in terms of victim is controversial. The study is divided into three parts: First of all, preventive and forensic control of communication through telecommunications will be examined briefly in general. Then, the issue of detection of cbmmunication of the victim will be examined. Finally, the problem of recording of the communication by the victim himself will be scrutinised.
