| dc.description.abstract | 1982 Anayasası toplu iş sözleşmesinin kapsamı ve düzeyi ile ilgili olarak herhangi bir hükme yer vermeyerek konuyu kanun koyucunun tercihine bırakmıştır. 2822 sayılı Kanunun gerekçesinde de açıkça dile getirildiği üzere, bir toplu iş sözleşmesi tek bir işyerini kapsamak üzere yapılan “işyeri toplu iş sözleşmesi” olabileceği gibi birden çok işyerini kapsamak üzere yapılan “işyerleri toplu iş sözleşmesi” şeklinde de olabilir. Kanunun sistemi içinde işyerleri toplu iş sözleşmelerine ilişkin düzenlemeler de getirilmiştir. İşyerleri toplu iş sözleşmeleri esasen bir işyeri toplu iş sözleşmesi tipindedir ve aynı temel esaslara tabidirler. Ancak bazı belirli konularda tek bir işyeri için yapılacak sözleşmelerde bazı farklılıklar taşımaktadırlar. | en_US |
