dc.description.abstractTarihi eser ve belgelerin korunması, tüm insanlığın ortak sorunudur.Çeşitli afetler nedeniyle veya bakımsızlık ve ilgisizlik sebebiyle büyük ölçüdetahrip olan veya ortadan kalkan bu eserlerin kayıt altına alınması büyük önemarz etmektedir. “Kültürel miras” olarak adlandırılan bu eserlerinbelgelendirilmesinde çeşitli teknikler kullanılmaktadır. Günümüzde, bu konudayaygın bir şekilde kullanılan yöntem ise sayısal yersel fotogrametridir.Kayseri-Sahabiye Medresesi 1267 yılında Selçukluvezirlerinden Sahip Ata Fahrettin Ali tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Medreseninfotogrametrik ölçümleri sayısal yersel fotogrametri yöntemiyle yapılmıştır. Bumetot sayesinde röleve çalışmaları fazla maliyet gerektirmeden ve kısa zamandahalledilebilmektedir. Tarihi ve kültürel miraslar sayısal ortamdaarşivlenebilmekte ve üç boyutlu modelleri elde edilebilmektedir.
dc.description.abstractThe preservation of historical artifacts and documents is a commonproblem of all humankind. It is of great importance to record these artifactswhich have beenmajorly damaged or disappeared due to various disasters or dueto lack of and nbsp; care and indifference.Various techniques are used in documenting these artifacts called “culturalheritage”. The method widely used today in this regard is digital terrestrialphotogrammetry. The Kayseri-Sahabiye Madrasa was built in 1267by Ata Fahrettin Ali, the vizier of the Seljuks. Photogrammetric measurumentsof the madrasa were performed using digital terrestrial photogrammetry method.With this method, roleve studies can be done in a short time without heavycost. Historical and cultural heritages can be archived digitally, and threedimensional models can be obtained.
