Özet
Günümüzde finansal hususlar bireylerin hayatlarının hemen her adımında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu noktada bireylerin finansal farkındalığa sahip olması ve temel finansal konularda yeterli düzeyde bilgi sahibi olması hem bireylere hem de ülkelere önemli kazanımlar sağlamaktadır. Bilhassa toplumların geleceği konumundaki genç bireylerin finansal farkındalık ve finans konularında bilgi sahibi olmaları önem arz etmektedir. Bu noktadan hareketle çalışmada lise öğrencilerinin finansal farkındalık düzeyleri ile finansal kavramlara ilişkin bilgi düzeyleri incelenmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Kayseri'de öğrenim gören ve kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenen 388 lise öğrencisinin katılımıyla anket uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada toplanan veriler SPSS 24.0 istatistik programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucuna göre, lise öğrencilerin finansal kavramlar bilgi düzeyi ile finansal farkındalık düzeyi arasında pozitif ilişki bulunmaktadır. Okul türü, aile gelir durumu, aylık harçlık ve başarı ölçütü değişkenlerine göre öğrencilerin finansal farkındalık düzeyleri arasında istatiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık bulunmamakta, cinsiyet ve sınıf düzeyine göre finansal farkındalık düzeyleri farklılık göstermektedir. Öğrencilerin finansal kavramlar bilgi düzeyleri; sınıf düzeyi, okul türü, aylık harçlık, biriktirilmiş para ve başarı ölçütü değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık göstermezken, cinsiyet ve aile aylık gelirine göre farklılaşmaktadır. Lise öğrencilerinin finansal farkındalığı ile finansal kavramlara ilişkin bilgilerinin artırılması noktasında finans eğitimleri planlanmasının uygun olacağı değerlendirilmektedir.

At this point, having individuals' financial awareness and having sufficient knowledge about basic financial issues provides important gains both for individuals and countries. In particular, it is important for young people who are in the position of the future of societies to have information about financial awareness and finance. From this point of view, financial awareness of high school students and their knowledge about financial concepts were examined. For this purpose, a questionnaire was conducted with the participation of 388 high school students who were studying in Kayseri and were easily identified by sampling method. The data collected were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 statistical program. According to the results of the research, there is a positive relationship between financial concepts knowledge level and financial awareness level of high school students. There is no statistically significant difference between students' financial awareness levels according to school type, family income status, monthly allowance and success criteria variables, and financial awareness levels vary according to gender and grade level. Students' knowledge of financial concepts; While there is no significant difference according to the variables of grade level, type of school, monthly allowance, accumulated money and achievement criteria, it differs according to gender and family monthly income. It is considered that it would be appropriate to plan financial trainings in order to increase the financial awareness of high school students and their knowledge about financial concepts.
