| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, literatürde “ihmal edilmiş beceri” şeklinde nitelenen dinlemeye, cumhuriyetin ilanından bugüne ilköğretim birinci ve ikinci kademede yürütülen Türkçe derslerine yönelik hazırlanan öğretim programlarında ne ölçüde yer verildiğini tespit etmektedir. Bu çalışma nitel bir araştırmadır. Çalışmada, yürürlüğe konan birinci ve ikinci kademe Türkçe öğretim programlarında dinleme becerisine ne oranda yer verildiği incelenmiştir. Değerlendirmede batıda söylendiği gibi Türkiye’de de dinlemenin “ihmal edilen bir beceri” olduğu ancak 1968 yılındaki programla bu becerinin, Türkçe eğitim ve öğretimi içinde düşünüldüğü; dinlemenin öneminin anlaşılmasına rağmen diğer becerilere göre hâlâ göz ardı edildiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the present study is to determine the extent to which listening skills, usually neglected in the literature, are covered in the primary and secondary school Turkish curricula from the beginning of the Republic. It is of qualitative design. In the present study the extent to which listening skills are covered in the primary and secondary level Turkish education programs is examined. In the evaluation, it has been determined that listening is "an ignored skill" as in the west; however with the 1968 program, this skill was considered within the scope of Turkish education; although the significance of listening has been recognized it is still neglected when compared with other skills. | en_US |
