Bireysel sosyal sorumluluk Ölçeğinin (BSS) geliştirilmesi: geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması

Özet
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, bireysel sosyal sorumluk (BSS) ölçeği geliştirmektir. Bu çalışmada bireysel sosyal sorumluluk kavramı açıklanmaya çalışılmış ve bu alanda yapılacak çalışmalarda kullanılması beklenen bireysel sosyal sorumluluk ölçeği geliştirilmiştir. Yöntem: Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 187’si kız, 75’i erkek olmak üzere 262 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Ölçek maddeleri, literatür taramasından ve farklı araştırmalarda kullanılan bazı ölçme araçlarından yararlanarak oluşturulmuştur. Sonuç: Ölçeğe ilişkin gerçekleştirilen geçerlik çalışması doğrultusunda veriler üzerinde KMO ve Bartlett testi değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre; ölçekte yer alan maddelerin maddetest korelasyonları büyük oranla 0,40 ve üzerindedir. Ölçeğe ilişkin KMO değeri, 797; Bartlett Testi değeri p0,001 olarak belirlenmiştir. Faktör analizi sonunda ölçekteki maddelerin tek faktör altında toplandığı saptanmıştır. Bu faktör toplam varyansın % 23,149’unu açıklamaktadır. Diğer taraftan, ölçeğin Cronbach alpha güvenirlik katsayısı, 86 ve iki yarı güvenirliği, 73 (birinci yarı) ve 77 (ikinci yarı) olarak belirlenmiştir. İki yarı form arasındaki korelasyon, 74 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Ayrıca Spearman Brown güvenirlik katsayısı, 85; Guttman iç tutarlık katsayısı, 85 çıkmıştır. Bu sonuçlara göre 28 maddeden oluşan bireysel sosyal sorumluk ölçeğinin psikometrik özelliklerinin beklenen düzeyde olduğu ve yapılacak bireysel sosyal sorumluk araştırmalarında ölçme aracı olarak kullanılabileceği görülmektedir.

In this study the concept of individual social responsibility is tried to explain and an individual social responsibility scale which is expected to benefit from in the further studies in this area is developed. Conclusion: Validity is analyzed through KMO and Bartlett test values and through the reliability search the inner consistency is tested. According to the analyze results the KMO value is .797 and Bartlett test is significance. The items are incorporated in one factor. % 23,149 of total variance is explained in this factor. The Cronbach‘s Alpha reliability coefficientof the scale is .86; split half reliability coefficients are respecively .73 and .77. The correlation between half forms is .74. Spearman Brown reliability coefficient of the scale is .85 and Guttman internal consistency calculated .85. According to these results, the individual social responsibility scale cnsisting of 28 items has psychometric properties in the expected level and it can be used in further individual social responsibility researches.
