Sürekli ve Geçici Statüde İstihdam Edilen Bilgisayar İşletmenlerini Ayırt Edici İş Doyum Öğelerinin Belirlenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışmada, sürekli ve geçici statüde istihdam edilen bilgisayar işletmenlerinin (işgören) iş doyum bileşenleri ortalamaları arasındaki farklılık, sürekli ve geçici statüde istihdam edilen işgörenleri ayırt edici iş doyum bileşenleri ve ayırt edici bileşenlere bağlı olarak sürekli ve geçici statüde istihdam edilen işgörenler öngörülmeye çalışılmıştır. Varyans analizi bulgularına göre sürekli ve geçici statüde istihdam edilen işgörenlerin iş doyum bileşen (Ek) ortalamaları arasındaki farklılık 7 bileşende .05 anlamlılık düzeyinde istatistik! açıdan önemli bulunmuştur. Diğer iş doyum bileşen ortalamaları arasındaki farklılık .05 anlamlılık düzeyinde önemli çıkmamıştır. Diskriminant analizi sonucunda ise 0.05 anlamlılık düzeyinde 14 iş doyum bileşeninden dördünün sürekli ve geçici statüde istihdam edilen işgörenleri ayırt edici değişken olduğu saptanmıştır.
In this Study differentiation among averages of work satisfaction components of employees employed under the permanent and temporary status, discriminating work satisfaction components of employees employed under the permanent and temporary status and eventually based on the discriminating components employees employed under the permanent and temporary status have been taken into consideration. According to the findings of the variance analysis, variation among work satisfaction component (Annex)averages of employees employed under permanent and temporary status has been found significant in the 7 components at the level of .05 meaningfulness in respect to statistical point of view. The variation among averages of other work satisfaction components has not been resulted significant at the level of .05 meaningfulness. As the result of the discriminant analysis however at the level of 0.05 meaningfulness 4 of the 14 work satisfaction components have been found to be a discriminating variant for employees employed under permanent and temporary status. These discriminating components are the degree of safety provided by the work, personal improvement and promotion ensured by the work, the appreciation felt during performance of the work and the opportunity to compete at the business place.
