Bir İç Lojistik Sistem Probleminin, Araç Rotalama Çözüm Yöntemleri ile İyileştirilmesi

dc.description.abstractÜretim Lojistiği, Tedarik Lojistiği ve DağıtımLojistiği’ne göre daha az çalışma yapılmış ve iyileştirmeye açık bir alandır. Bu çalışmayla amaçlanan;Yalın Üretim felsefesinin uygulandığı üretim ortamında taşıma maliyetleriniazaltan, katma değerli süreyi arttıran, kolay yönetilebilir, standardizeedilmiş malzeme taşıma sistemi oluşturmaktır.  Bu amaçla, fabrika içerisindeki yarı mamüldağıtma işlemi Araç Rotalama Problemi (ARP) olarak değerlendirilmiş ve buproblemin çözüm yöntemlerinden olan Clarke ve Wright Tasarruf Algoritması veKapasite Kısıtlı Araç Rotalama Problemi (KARP)  matematiksel modeli kullanılarak yarı mamüldağıtım operatörünün minimum sürede çevrimini tamamlayacağı dağıtım rotalarıbelirlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar mevcut durum ile karşılaştırılmış ve eniyi sonucu Clarke ve Wright Tasarruf Algoritması’nın verdiği görülmüştür.
dc.description.abstractPlant Logistics when compared to Inbound and OutboundLogistics is a less studied subject open to improvement. It is aimed toconstruct such a plant logistics structure in a lean manufacturing environmentthat enables less handling costs, increasing value added time and having aneasily manageable and standardized material handling system. With this aim, semi-finishedgoods distribution in the factory is considered as a Vehicle Routing Problem(VRP). Distribution routes to be completed by the distribution operator in aminimum time using the Clarke and Wright Algorithm and the Capacity Limited VehicleRouting Problem mathematical model, which are one of the VRP solution methods.The results were compared with the current situation and the best result wasthe Clarke and Wright algorithm.
