Özet
Mevlevîlik tarikatında aşçıbaşılık, önemli bir makamdır. Büyük Mevlevîhanelerde şeyhten sonra ikinci, diğer Mevlevihanelerde şeyhten sonra birinci yetkili kişi, "ser-tabbâh" da denilen aşçıbaşıdır. Bu zatın görevi yemek pişirmek değil, dervişleri yetiştirmekti. Konya Mevlâna Dergâhı'nda bu önemli görevin son temsilcisi, Mevlâna soyundan gelen Mustafa Nizâmeddin Çelebi'dir. 1886 yılında Konya'da doğmuş ve dergâh terbiyesiyle yetişmiş olan Nizâmeddin Çelebi, babası Ser-tabbâh Salâhaddin Çelebi'nin 1909 yılında vefatı üzerine, genç yaşta bu göreve getirilmiş ve tarikatların kapatıldığı 1925 yılına kadar vazifesinde kalmıştır. Birinci Dünya Savaşı yıllarında oluşturulan Mevlevi Alayı'na katılarak 1915 senesinde Suriye-Filistin Cephesi'ne gitmiş ve 3,5 yıl kadar orada bulunmuş; 1957 yılında Adapazarı'nda vefat etmiştir. Makalemizde, hayatı hakkında fazla malûmat bulunmayan bu zat hakkında, çeşitli kaynaklardan derlenen bilgiler araştırmacıların ilgisine sunulmuştur
In the Mewlewi order, chef is an important authority. At the big Mewlewi places after the sheikh, the first authorized person is sergeant that also named "ser-tabbah". Mission of this person was not cooking; his mission was raising dervishes. At Mawlana dervish lodge (dergah) in Konya, the last representative of this important mission is Mustafa Nizam al-din Chalabi whose generation connected with Mawlana, was born in Konya in 1886 and trained with dervish rhetoric, brought this relative in his young age to his father Ser-tabbah Salah al-din Chalabi's death in 1909 and remained on this task until 1925 when sects were closed in. In the Mewlewi Regiment founded in the First World War he went to Syrian-Paletinian Front in 1915 and was there 3,5 years and died in Adapazarı in 1957. The information gathered from various sources about this person who does not have a lot of knowledge about his life is presented to the researchers in this article.
