Özet
Kink anterior dişlerin, dişin orijinal parçasının yapıştırılarak restorasyonu, geleneksel kompozit veya protetik restorasyonlara göre daha avantajlıdır. Kalan diş parçasına kırılmış parçanın yapıştırılması daha iyi estetik, fonksiyon ve pozitif psikolojik cevap sağlar ve daha hızlı ve daha az komplike işlem gerektirir. Bu olgu sunumunda, maksiller santral kesici dişinde komplike kırık olan 12 yaşındaki hastada endodontik tedaviyi takiben kırılan parçanın kimyasal olarak sertleşen rezin sistemle yapıştırılması gösterilmektedir.
The restoration of the fractured anterior teeth with original tooth fragment has advantages over conventional composite or prosthetic restorations. Reattachment of a fractured fragment to the remaining tooth can provide better esthetics, function and a positive psychological response. It is a faster and less complicated procedure. This case report describes the reattachment of fractured fragment with self curing resin system following endodontic therapy of a 12 years old patient who suffered a complicated fracture of maxillary central incisor.
