Özet
Belâgat ilmi bizde her yönüyle aydınlatılmış bir konu değildir. Konu ile ilgili çalışmalar da ekseriyetle Arapça ve Farsça kaynakların Türkçeye tercüme edilmesiyle oluşturulmuş ve ilgili örnekler de yine çoğunlukla Arapça ve Farsça şiirlerden/metinlerden seçilmiştir. Bu da bizde yazılan belagat kitaplarının Osmanlı döneminde Arapça ve Farsça, Tanzimattan sonra ise Fransızca eserlerden hareketle oluşturulduğunu göstermektedir. Oysa bizim şairlerimizin ve yazarlarımızın yazmış olduğu şiirlerinden/metinlerinden hareketle oluşturulmuş bize ait belâgat kitaplarına ihtiyaç vardır. Bu çalışmada bu düşünceden hareketle "tezâd" ve "telmîh" sanatlarına yeni bir bakış açısıyla yaklaşılmaya çalışılmıştır.
Rhetoric is not a subject illumanated with every aspects. Related works were constructed through the translations of Arabic and Persian sources into Turkish, and examples were selected from Arabic and Persian poems. Therefore the rhetorical works were written out from Arabic and Persian in Ottoman period, and from French in Tanzimat period. Hpwever, there is a need to works composed from the verses and texts of our writers. In this paper, arts of tezat (contrast) and telmih (allusion) will be dealed with through an original viewpoint.
