Özet
Firmaların verimliliğini etkileyen önemli sebeplerden biri de personel memnuniyetidir. Personel memnuniyetinde çalışma koşullarının dengeli bir şekilde dağıtılması ve çalışma ortamındaki fiziksel faaliyetleri dikkate alınarak çalışma saatlerinin düzenlenmesi önemli rol oynamaktadır. Literatürde yapılan çalışmalar incelendiğinde ergonomik faaliyetleri de dikkate alan vardiya çizelgeleme çalışmaları oldukça kısıtlı sayıdadır
One of the important reasons affecting the productivity of the companies is the satisfaction of the personnel. Regulation of working hours plays an important role in the distribution of working conditions in a balanced manner and in consideration of the physical activities in the working environment. When studies done in the literature are examined, shift scheduling studies taking ergonomic activities into account are very limited. In this study, the problem of shift scheduling considering ergonomic conditions is discussed. As a place of application, a garment company of Kırıkkale, which has 500 store in international market, has been chosen. Ergonomic risk factors and working hours should be balanced in the problem. Analytical hierarchical processes and target programming methods are used to solve the problem. The study was carried out monthly for 39 personnel in 5 task units
