dc.description.abstractAraştırmanınbirinci aşamasında, Kırklareli ili, merkez ilçe yerleşik kentsel alanındabulunan ilkokul ve ortaokul düzeyindeki eğitim tesislerinin mevcut durumdakialan, etki yarıçapı ve kapasite durumu sorgulanmıştır. İkinci aşamada İl MilliEğitim Müdürlüğü ve Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu Edirne Bölge Müdürlüğü’nünsağladığı veriler değerlendirilerek 2026 yılı öğrenci sayısı projeksiyonuhazırlanmış, ilkokul ve ortaokul olmak üzere iki farklı eğitim grubuhedeflenerek öngörülen öğrenci sayısına göre her mahallede ihtiyaç duyulanderslik sayısı belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın üçüncü aşamasında ise MekânsalPlanlar Yapım Yönetmeliği Ek 2’de açıklanan Kentsel, Sosyal ve Teknik Altyapı standartlarıçerçevesinde yerleşmede bulunan ilkokul ve ortaokul tesislerinin güncel alanyeterliliği ve 2026 yılı için ihtiyaç duyulacak alan miktarı konusunda mahallebazlı çıkarımlar yapılmıştır.  
dc.description.abstractIn the first phase of the research, the current area, effect radius and capacity status of the primary and secondary school education facilities located in the urban area of Kırklareli province, central district were questioned. In the second stage, the data provided by the Provincial Directorate of National Education and the Turkish Statistical Institute Edirne Regional Directorate were evaluated and 2026 year student number projections were prepared. Two different education groups were targeted; primary and secondary schools. The number of classrooms needed in each district was determined according to the number of students envisaged. In the third phase of the study, neighborhood-based deductions were made for the current field competence of the elementary and secondary schools located in the framework of the Urban, Social and Technical Infrastructure standards described in Annex 2 of the Spatial Plans Construction Regulation and the amount of space needed for 2026 years.
