dc.description.abstractBu Çalışma, Aydın yöresinde koyunlarda Listeriosis ve Brucellosis seroprevalansını saptamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. 100 Serum örneği, Listeria monocytogenes "O" antikorlarmının saptanması amacıyla Osebold yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Osebold yönteminde, 1/100 ve üzerindeki titrasyon basamaklarındaki aglütinasyon varlığı pozitif olarak kabul edilmiştir. 100 örneğin 35'inde (%35) çeşitli dilusyonlarda Listeria monocytogenes antikorları saptanmıştır. Seropozitif olguların 27'sinde (%27) 1/100 titre, sekizinde (%8) 1/200 titre de aglütinasyon gözlenmiştir. Brucella antikorları, Rose Bengal lam aglütinasyonu (RBPT) ve Serum Aglütinasyon Testi (SAT) ile araştırılmıştır. İki örnekte (%2) Brucella antikorları pozitif bulunmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study was undertaken to determine the seroprevalence of listeriosis and Brucellosis in sheep in Aydın provinces . A totally 100 serum samples taken from sheep were examined for the Listeria monocytogenes "O" antibody by the Osebold Method. Brucella antibodies were investigated by Rose Bengal Plate test (RBPT) and Serum Agglutination Test (SAT). For Listeriosis, the agglutination titer 1/100 and over were accepted as a positive result. Out of 100 sera, 35 (%35) were positive for L. monocytogenes antibody at different titers as follows: 27 (27%) with a 1/100 titer; 8 (8%) 1/200 titer. 2 (%2) of 100 serum samples were found seropositive for Brucella antibodies.en_US
