dc.description.abstractWith the growth of the economy in recent years, competition has increased in almost every sector. With the increase of competition, companies get services to organize various organizations in addition to traditional advertisements in order to increase their recognition. Promotion organizations have become a growing sector today. According to the data of a private research company working on this sector, in Turkey, every year more than 36,000 professional and industry organizations are held and budget has reached $4 billion. In organizational planning, it is observed that a large part of the budget is allocated to personnel expenses. In addition, any disruption during the service can cause irreversible negative consequences for the company compared to other sectors. For this reason, it is very important to select qualified personnel and assign them to the right job. Therefore, with a staff work plan using scientific methods, costs can be minimized and service quality can be increased. In this study, the assignment and scheduling problem of 40 personnel who will serve 10 different stations has been solved with the goal programming model. IBM Ilog Cplex Optimization Studio program was used to solve the problem.
