| dc.description.abstract | Asgari ücret; işçilere normal bir çalışma günü karşılığı ödenen ve işçinin zorunlu ihtiyaçlarını asgari düzeyde karşılamaya yetecek ücrettir. Asgari ücretin tespitinde çalışanların geçim şartları ile ülkenin ekonomik durumu da göz önünde bulundurulmaktadır. Asgari ücret artışının, asgari ücretten ücret alanların ve düşük gelir gruplarının gelir düzeylerini yükselteceği ve ekonomiye olumlu katkılar sağlayacağı görüşü yaygın olmakla birlikte; asgari ücret artırılırken, özellikle bu düzeyden ücret alanlara ve ekonomiye etkileri göz ardı edilmemelidir. | en_US |

In determining the minimum wage; the living conditions of theworkers and the economic situation of the country are taken into account. Although the opinion of increasing the minimum wage will increase the income level of low income groups and provide a positive contribution to the economy; while increasing the minimumwage, particularly the impact of this increase on people getting salary at this level and on the economy should not be ignored. | en_US |
