dc.description.abstractTarih boyunca Makedonya, değişik isimlerle tanınmış ve bir kültür mozaiği görünümü sergilemiştir. Coğrafi sınırları, sosyolojik yapısı, dini çeşitliliği ile her daim dikkat çeken ve karışık bir bölge olan Makedonya, Türk tarihi açısından da önem arz etmektedir. Makedonya'da günümüzde azımsanmayacak sayıda Türk soylu yaşamaktadır. 1991 yılında bağımsızlığına kavuşan Makedonya Cumhuriyeti'nde Türklerin anayasal hakları korunmuştur. Bu haklardan en önemlisi de hiç kuşkusuz ana dilinde eğitim hakkıdır. Bu topraklarda tarihî süreç içerisinde inişli çıkışlı bir tablo sergileyen Türkçe eğitimi, bugün çeşitli sıkıntılarla birlikte devam etmektedir. Araştırmada Makedonya Cumhuriyeti'nde ilköğretim okulları 7. sınıfta öğrenim gören Türk öğrencilerin konuşma beceri seviyelerini tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır. Öğrencilerin konuşma becerileri farklı değişkenler açısından da ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Makedonya'da devlet okullarının ilköğretim 7. sınıfında öğrenim gören 310 Türk öğrenci ile çalışılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin konuşma becerilerinin düşük seviyede olduğu belirlenmiştir. "Konuşmaya başlama" düzeylerinin diğer içeriklere göre daha yüksek olduğu, "dil ve anlatım", "ses, vurgu ve tonlama" ve "Konuşmanın gelişme bölümü" boyutlarının ortalama düzeye sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. "Konuşmanın sonuç bölümü"nün ise çok düşük seviyede olduğu tespit edilmiştiren_US
dc.description.abstractThroughout history, Macedonia has been referred to by various names and has exhibited a cultural mosaic appearance. Macedonia, which has always attracted attention because of its geographical location, sociological structure and religious diversity, is also important in terms of Turkish history. A significant number of Turkish descendants live in Macedonia. The constitutional rights of the Turks were protected in the Republic of Macedonia when it became independent in 1991. The most important of these rights is undoubtedly the right to education in the mother tongue. Turkish education in the country continues today, facing some challenges. This research aimed to determine the speaking levels of the Turkish students who studied in the 7th grade of elementary schools in Macedonia. The speaking skill levels of the students were analyzed in terms of various variables. Survey model was used in the study. The participants were 310 7th grade Turkish students in public elementary schools in the Republic of Macedonia. The results showed that the students’ speaking skill levels were low. It was found out that the students’ "beginning of speech” levels were higher than other variables; the students’ levels in terms of the variables of “language and expression", "emphasis and intonation" and "development part of speech" were average, and their levels in terms of the variable of "conclusion of speech" was much lower than the other levelsen_US
