| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada dışkı bakısı ile Kırıkkale yöresi koyunlarında bulunan helmint türleri ve bunların yayılışı belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada koyunların %66.13'ü (313 koyunun 207'si) çeşitli helmint türleri ile enfekte bulunmuştur. Bu koyunlarda Trichostronğylidae sp. %38.65, Trichuris sp. %27.79, Dicrocoelium dendriticum %19.16, Strongyloides papillosus %5.43 ve Fasciola sp. yumurtaları %3.51, akciğer kılkurdu larvaları % 10.86 oranında bulunmuştur. Bakısı yapılan hayvanlarda akciğer kılkurtlarından Dictyocaulus filaria %7.02, Cystocaulus ocreatus %6.7 oranında belirlenmiştir. Bölgede Trichostronğylidae türlerinin en yaygın türler olduğu saptanmıştır. Yapılan dışkı kültürleri sonucunda Ostertagia sp., Haemonchus sp. ve Nematodirus sp. yaygın Trichostronğylidae türleri olarak belirlenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, helminth species and their prevalence in sheep in Kırıkkale region were determined. Fecal examination of sheep revealed that 66.13% of sheep (207 of 313) were positive for various helminth species. Eggs of Trichostronğylidae sp. (38.65%), Trichuris sp. (27.79%), Dicrocoelium dendriticum (19.16%), Strongyloides papillosus (5.43%), Fasciola sp. (3.51%) and larvae of lungworms (10.86%) were detected in these sheep. Dictyocaulus filaria and Cystocaulus ocreatus were found in 7.02% and 6.7% of the infected animals, respectively. The results of this study indicated that Trichostronğylidae sp. was the most common helminth in this region. Ostertagia sp., Nematodirus sp. and Haemonchus sp. were determined as the common species of Trichostronğylidae. | en_US |
