dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, bir üniversitede öğrencilerin kullanmış oldukları çalışma salonu ergonomik faktörler dikkate alınarak, salonu kullanan öğrencilerin memnuniyeti analiz edilmeye çalışılmaktadır. Araştırmada örneklemi oluşturan öğrencilere anket uygulamasıyla 5’li likert ölçeği kullanılarak sorular hazırlanmış ve çevrimiçi ulaştırılmıştır. Anket soruları çalışma salonunda kullanılan masalar, sandalyeler, lavabolar gibi ortak kullanılan alanlar ve ekipmanlar, güvenlik açısından kamera sistemleri ve güvenliği, teknolojik anlamda yeterliliği, ders çalışmaya uygun sessizliği, ışıklandırmaları, temizliği, özellikle günümüzde önemi artan çalışma salonunun havalandırma sistemi, sıcaklığı ve öğrencilerin oturma alanlarının yeterliliği ve randevu sisteminin kullanılabilirliği koşulları için öğrencilerin memnuniyetlerini sorgulamak üzere 8 soru hazırlanmıştır. Anket verileri SPSS paket programına aktarılıp Çok Değişkenli İstatistiksel Analiz yöntemleri, Faktör Analizi, Korelasyon ve Çoklu Regresyon analizleri yapılarak sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçlar çalışma salonundaki memnuniyetsizliğin büyük ölçüde teknolojik yetersizlik ve temizlik koşullarından kaynaklandığını ortaya koymaktadır. Analiz sonuçları doğrultusunda ortaya çıkan yetersizlikler ve çözüm yolları çalışma salonu yetkilileriyle değerlendirilerek yapılabilecek iyileştirme önerileri görüşülüp çözümün uygulanması için takvim oluşturulmuştur.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it is tried to analyze the satisfaction of the students using the study hall in a university, taking into account the ergonomic factors. Questionnaires were prepared using a 5-point Likert scale and sent online to the students who formed the sample in the research. Questionnaire questions include common areas and equipment such as tables, chairs, washbasins used in the study hall, camera systems and security in terms of security, technological competence, silence suitable for study, lighting, cleanliness, ventilation system, temperature and seating of students 8 questions were prepared to question the satisfaction of the students regarding the adequacy of their fields and the availability of the appointment system. The survey data were transferred to the SPSS package program and the results were evaluated by performing Multivariate Statistical Analysis methods, Factor Analysis, Correlation and Multiple Regression analyzes. The results reveal that dissatisfaction in the study room is largely due to technological inadequacy and cleaning conditions. The inadequacies and solutions that emerged in line with the results of the analysis were evaluated with the study hall officials, and possible improvement suggestions were discussed and a calendar has created for the implementation of the solution.
