dc.description.abstractÖzellikle son 20 yılda kullanımı gittikçe artan uzaktan öğretim faaliyetleri pek çok birey için önemli fırsatlar sunmaktadır. Örgün olarak eğitim almak isteyen yetişkin bir bireyi sosyal ve ekonomik olarak önemli derecede etkilemektedir. Bir eğitim programına dâhil olmak bireyin bu program süresi zarfında farklı bir uğraşı içerisinde bulunmasını da engellemektedir. Aynı zamanda hangi eğitim programı olursa olsun bireyin maddi olarak da birçok harcama yapmasını gerektirmektedir. Özellikle çalışan bireylerin örgün bir eğitim programında bulunması oldukça zordur. Bu gibi kısıtlılıkları aşmak için uzaktan öğretim uygun bir eğitim faaliyeti olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Uzaktan öğretim faaliyetlerinde kullanılan yöntemler değişmektedir. Günümüzde uzaktan öğretim faaliyetleri çoğunlukla web teknolojileri üzerinden yürütülmektedir. Bu tip uzaktan öğretim faaliyetlerinde bilgisayarlara kurulan özel programlar sayesinde öğretim faaliyetine katılan bireylerin aynı ortamda bulunma zorunluluğu ortadan kalkmaktadır. Öyle ki uzaktan öğretim faaliyetlerinin bazılarında bireyin öğretim faaliyetine eş zamanlı olarak katılmasına gerek kalmamaktadır. Uzaktan öğretim faaliyetlerinin etkin olarak uygulanması, kullanılan alt yapının gelişmiş olmasıyla birlikte faaliyet içerisinde kullanılan öğretim materyallerinin bu ortam için uygun olarak hazırlanmasına da bağlıdır. Öğretim materyallerinin dijital ortama uygun olarak aktarılması için farklı yazılımlar kullanılmaktadır. Bu yazılımların kullanılması emek ve çoğunlukla konusunda uzman personel gerektirmektedir. Pek çok eğitici personel, örgün öğretimde ders materyali veya yardımcı materyal olarak MS Office PowerPoint programıyla hazırlanan sunum dosyalarını kullanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada daha önceden hazırlanmış olan MS Office PowerPoint sunum dosyalarını web ortamına aktarmak için HTML dosyalarına dönüştürmek ve istenilirse dönüştürme işlemi sonucu olarak üretilen web ortamına uygun öğretim dokümanına SCORM uyumluluğu eklemek için yazılım geliştirilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIncreased use of distance education activities especially in the last 20 years, offers significant opportunities for many individuals. Individuals receive formal training as a significant social and economic impact. Including a training program to prevent the presence in the individual a different pursuit over period of this program. It also requires multiple expenditures as property of the individual, no matter what the training program. Reside in a formal training program in particular is quite difficult working for individuals. To overcome these limitations such as distance education emerges as an appropriate educational activities. Different methods can be used in distance education activities. Nowadays web technologies are mostly used in distance education activities. This type of distance education activities individuals involved in the training activities through specific programs that installed on computers, eliminate the requirement in the same environment. Such that the there is no need to connect simultaneously to the individual training activities in some of the distance learning activities. The effectiveness of applying distance learning is depends on the infrastructure that is used and using appropriate training materials for this environment. Different software is used for the transmission of educational materials according to the digital environment. This increases the use of software and expert staff labor needs. Many educational staff use presentation files that is prepared by using MS Office PowerPoint presentation software for course material or utility material. In this thesis a software has been developed which is converts MS Office PowerPoint presentation files that had been prepared previously, to HTML files for usage in web environment. Also if desired by using this developed software SCORM compliance can be added to the education document that is suitable for web environment, as a result of conversion process.en_US
