Özet
Makalemizde genel hatlarıyla büyükşehir belediyesi organlarından biri olan büyükşehir belediye meclisi incelenecektir. I. Kısımda büyükşehir belediye meclisinin oluşumunu, şartları ve yasal dayanaklarıyla birlikte belirttik. II. Kısımda, büyükşehir belediye meclisinin toplantı usulü incelenecektir. III. Kısımda, büyükşehir belediye meclisinin görev ve yetkileri incelenecektir. IV. ve son Kısımda ise, büyükşehir belediye meclisinin kararlarının nasıl kesinleştiği detaylı şekilde ele alınacaktır. Buna ilave olarak, valinin ve kaymakamın meclis kararlarına karşı dava açmak ve bu konudaki yetkilerini devredip devredemeyeceği ve meclis kararlarının idari vesayet kapsamında değerlendirilmesine yer verilecektir.
One of the metropolitan municipal bodies outlined in our article, which was examined metropolitan council.
