Kırıkkale İlinde Gebelerde Toksoplazma, Rubella Ve Sitomegalovirüs Seropozitiflik Oranları

Özet
AMAÇ: Bu çalışmada Kırıkkale ilinde yaşayan gebelerde toksoplazma, rubella ve sitomegalovirüs seropozitiflik oranları ve bu oranların yaş gruplarına göre dağılımının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.GEREÇ VE YÖNTEMLER: Bu çalışmada Kırıkkale Üniversitesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum polikliniğine Mayıs 2012- Mayıs 2014 tarihleri arasında başvuran gebelerin toksoplazma, rubella ve sitomegalovirüs seropozitiflik oranları retrospektif olarak incelenmiştir. Hastalar 35 yaş altı ve üzeri olmak üzere iki gruba ayrılmıştır. Hastaların serolojileri ELISA yöntemi ile çalışılmıştır. Hastaların verilerinin analizinde SPSS 15.0 paket programı, grupların karşılaştırılmasında ise ki kare testi kullanılmıştır.BULGULAR: Seropozitiflik oranları toplamda toksoplazma için %21,52, rubella için %91,47 ve sitomegalovirüs için %83,14 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Toksoplazma için seropozitiflik oranı 35 yaş üzeri grupta anlamlı olarak daha yüksek saptanırken rubella ve sitomegalovirüs için gruplar arasında anlamlı bir fark saptanmadı. SONUÇ: Genel olarak çalışmamızda elde ettiğimiz seropozitiflik oranları Türkiye'de yapılmış diğer çalışmaların sonuçları ile benzerdi.
OBJECTIVE: In this study it is aimed to evaluate the seropositivity rates for toxoplasma, rubella and cytomegalovirus and also distribution of this rates according to age groups in pregnant women living in Kirikkale city. MATERIAL AND METHODS: In this study toxoplasma, rubella and cytomegalovirus seropositivity rates of the pregnant women who had admitted to Gynecology and Obstetric outpatient clinic of Kirikkale Univercity Hospital during May 2012- May 2014 were evaluated retrospectively. Patients were divided into two groups according to whether they were under or above the age of 35. The serology of the patients was measured with ELISA test. SPSS 15.0 program was used in the analysis of data and also chi square test was used for comparing groups.RESULTS: Total seropositivity rates were 21,52% for toxoplasma, 91,47% for rubella and 83,14% for cytomegalovirus. While the seropositivity rate for toxoplasma was significantly higher in the patient group above 35 years of age, there was no significant difference according to age groups in rubella and cytomegalovirus.CONCLUSION: Our results were similar with results of other studies conducted in Turkey.
