Özet
The most important of the first activities to be carried out after disasters occur is the dispatch of search and rescue teams carrying out search and rescue activities to the affected areas. The importance of sending search and rescue teams to the regions as soon as possible was witnessed in the Kahramanmaras earthquakes of February 6, 2023. In this study, answers are sought for which teams should be sent to which earthquake zones. An earthquake scenario with a magnitude of 7.2 in and around Bingöl, which is a first degree earthquake zone, has been discussed. The problem with 320 search and rescue teams and 8 disaster zones in 4 provinces was solved by goal programming method. Considering the results obtained, the targeted number of search and rescue teams was assigned to 8 disaster areas with demolished buildings in the best way. In the continuation of the study, a mathematical model was developed by changing the number of teams and multiplying the deviation variables with the weights. © 2023 AESSRA. All rights reserved.
